2. How We Use Your Information

(b) Communication & Customer Support: Contacting you regarding service updates, payments, invoices, promotions, and policy changes.

(c) Legal Compliance & Enforcement: Fulfilling legal obligations, responding to subpoenas, assisting law enforcement, and enforcing contractual agreements.

(d) Marketing & Promotional Use: Sending advertisements, service reminders, and special offers. You waive any claims regarding unsolicited marketing communications.

(e) Fraud Prevention & Security: Detecting, preventing, and mitigating fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and security threats.

2.2. Media, Recording, and Documentation Rights

(a) By engaging with Trinity Automotive, LLC, you grant us irrevocable, unlimited permission to photograph, record, and document your vehicle, including but not limited to license plate numbers and VINs, for record-keeping, verification, and legal protection.

(b) You explicitly waive any rights to dispute, challenge, or claim damages related to wiretapping laws, privacy violations, or unauthorized recording.

(c) Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to use such media and recordings for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to internal use, marketing, training, legal defense, and promotional content.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

3.1. We Do Not Sell Personal Data

Trinity Automotive, LLC does not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

3.2. Permitted Disclosures

We reserve the absolute right to disclose, share, or transfer your information in the following circumstances:

(a) Legal Compliance: If required by law, regulatory agencies, court orders, subpoenas, or law enforcement authorities.

(b) Business Operations: With third-party service providers for payment processing, parts ordering, warranty claims, collections, and fraud prevention.

(c) Debt Collection & Enforcement: If you fail to pay for services rendered, your PII may be shared with collection agencies, legal representatives, or credit bureaus for debt recovery.

(d) Law Enforcement & Investigations: Vehicle-related data may be shared with law enforcement if your vehicle is suspected to be stolen or involved in illegal activity.

4. Data Security & Retention

4.1. Security Standards

We employ commercially reasonable security measures to protect customer data. However, Trinity Automotive, LLC makes no express or implied warranties regarding the absolute security of personal data and assumes no liability for unauthorized access, cyber-attacks, data breaches, or third-party misconduct.

4.2. Data Retention

(a) All customer service records, invoices, and communications will be retained indefinitely.

(b) Financial transactions and payment records will be stored for a minimum of seven (7) years for tax and compliance purposes.

(c) Call recordings, emails, and SMS communications may be stored indefinitely at our discretion.

5. Customer Rights & Limitations

5.1. Customer Obligations

(a) Customers are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when booking services.

(b) Any failure to provide accurate information absolves Trinity Automotive, LLC from any service-related liability.

5.2. Right to Refuse Data Access

Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the absolute right to deny any request for data access, deletion, or modification if such action would:

• Violate state, federal, or regulatory legal requirements.

• Interfere with ongoing business operations, collections, or investigations.

• Compromise contractual agreements between the Customer and Trinity Automotive, LLC.

6. Legal Provisions & Enforcement

6.1. Right to Modify Policy

Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the absolute right to modify, amend, or update this Privacy Policy at any time, at our sole discretion, without notice.

6.2. Service Denial & Account Termination

We reserve the absolute right to:

• Refuse service to any individual, for any reason, at any time.

• Cancel, suspend, or terminate any account, membership, or contract at our sole discretion.

6.3. Governing Law & Arbitration

(a) This Policy shall be governed under the laws of the state in which Trinity Automotive, LLC operates.

(b) Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in our jurisdiction.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By engaging with Trinity Automotive, LLC, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be bound by this legally binding Privacy Policy.
