2.2. Media, Recording, and Documentation Rights
(a) By engaging with Trinity Automotive, LLC, you grant us irrevocable, unlimited permission to photograph, record, and document your vehicle, including but not limited to license plate numbers and VINs, for record-keeping, verification, and legal protection.
(b) You explicitly waive any rights to dispute, challenge, or claim damages related to wiretapping laws, privacy violations, or unauthorized recording.
(c) Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to use such media and recordings for any lawful business purpose, including but not limited to internal use, marketing, training, legal defense, and promotional content.
3. Information Sharing & Disclosure
3.1. We Do Not Sell Personal Data
Trinity Automotive, LLC does not sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
3.2. Permitted Disclosures
We reserve the absolute right to disclose, share, or transfer your information in the following circumstances:
