TRINITY AUTOMOTIVE, LLC – TERMS OF SERVICE & SERVICE AGREEMENT
This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Trinity Automotive, LLC (“Service Provider”) and any individual or entity (“Customer”) who engages Trinity Automotive, LLC for vehicle repair, maintenance, or any other service. By scheduling a service, purchasing a subscription, or using the Trinity Automotive, LLC website, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to alter, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice to the Customer. The most current version of this Agreement will be available on our website, and continued engagement with our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES
1.1. Services Provided: Trinity Automotive, LLC agrees to perform vehicle repair, maintenance, and associated services as specified in the service request, work order, or subscription plan.
1.2. Right to Refuse Service: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, for any reason, at any time, without liability or explanation.
1.3. Industry Standards: All work shall be performed in accordance with generally accepted automotive industry standards. However, no guarantee, express or implied, is made regarding the outcome or effectiveness of any service, unless explicitly provided in writing.
2. PRICING, FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
2.1. Pricing Adjustments: All prices quoted are based on a preliminary assessment and are subject to adjustment based on:
(a) Expansion of scope of work due to unforeseen issues;
(b) Breakage of parts during assembly or disassembly;
(c) Discovery of pre-existing defects, wear, or hidden damage not evident at the time of initial inspection.
2.2. Travel Fee: Any service call requiring travel exceeding 20 miles from our base location will incur an additional travel fee of $49.99.
2.3. Ownership of Parts: Any parts installed by Trinity Automotive, LLC remain the property of Trinity Automotive, LLC until full payment for services has been received. Failure to remit payment in full grants Trinity Automotive, LLC the legal right to repossess said parts without further notice or compensation.
2.4. Non-Payment Consequences: In the event of non-payment:
(a) The Customer authorizes Trinity Automotive, LLC to tow the vehicle to a secure storage facility at the Customer’s expense;
(b) A storage fee of $50 per day shall be assessed, plus compounded interest of 5% per week on any unpaid balance;
(c) Legal enforcement, including but not limited to mechanic’s lien proceedings and public sale of the vehicle, may be pursued to satisfy the outstanding debt;
(d) Trinity Automotive, LLC bears no responsibility for returning a towed vehicle. The Customer is solely responsible for transportation arrangements and all costs associated with vehicle retrieval.
3. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
3.1. Subscription Terms: Customers who enroll in any monthly or recurring service plan are subject to the terms of their subscription agreement.
3.2. Cancellation & Liquidation Fees: A Customer seeking to cancel a subscription prior to its full term completion shall be subject to a liquidation fee equal to $250 or 60 days of service, whichever is greater.
3.3. No Proration or Partial Refunds: Trinity Automotive, LLC does not provide prorated refunds for unused services within a billing cycle. All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
3.4. Right to Terminate Memberships: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to cancel or terminate any subscription or membership at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to non-payment, violation of this Agreement, or at the Company’s convenience.
4. LIABILITY WAIVER, WORKSITE SAFETY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
4.1. Worksite Hazards: The Customer acknowledges that an active repair zone contains inherent risks, including but not limited to, exposure to high heat, electricity, moving parts, hazardous chemicals, and falling objects.
4.2. Customer Safety: The Customer is strongly advised to remain at a safe distance and allow mechanics to work independently to mitigate risk of injury. Trinity Automotive, LLC assumes no responsibility for any injuries or fatalities resulting from the Customer or any third party’s presence at an active worksite.
4.3. Handling of Tools & Equipment: Under no circumstances shall the Customer:
(a) Touch, move, or interfere with any tools, vehicles, or equipment belonging to Trinity Automotive, LLC during the service process;
(b) Attempt to operate any vehicle or system under repair until explicit approval is granted by the Service Provider.
Any violation of this section immediately voids all warranties and releases Trinity Automotive, LLC from any resulting liability.
5. WEBSITE ERRORS, APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY & OVERBOOKING
5.1. Website Downtime & Errors: Trinity Automotive, LLC is not responsible for any scheduling errors, missed appointments, incorrect pricing, or service disruptions resulting from website downtime, maintenance, or system failures.
5.2. No Compensation for Overbooking: If a scheduling conflict arises due to overbooking or system errors, Trinity Automotive, LLC will not provide compensation, service discounts, or alternative remedies. The Customer agrees that rescheduling is the sole resolution.
6. MEDIA CONSENT & RECORDING AUTHORIZATION
6.1. Photography & Video Documentation: The Customer grants Trinity Automotive, LLC full and unrestricted permission to photograph, record, and document their vehicle, including license plate numbers and VINs, at its discretion.
6.2. Conversation Recordings: The Customer acknowledges that verbal communications with Trinity Automotive, LLC personnel may be recorded for training, verification, and legal purposes.
6.3. Waiver of Wiretapping & Privacy Claims: By engaging in conversation or allowing services to be performed, the Customer waives any and all claims related to wiretapping, invasion of privacy, or recording laws.
6.4. Use of Media: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings for documentation, marketing, legal defense, or promotional purposes.
7. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
7.1. Modification of Terms: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the absolute right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time, for any reason, without prior notification to the Customer.
7.2. Service Refusal: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the exclusive right to refuse service, cancel memberships, or deny requests at its discretion, without liability or obligation to provide an explanation.
7.3. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed and enforced under the laws of the state in which Trinity Automotive, LLC operates.
7.4. Dispute Resolution & Legal Action: Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Trinity Automotive, LLC’s primary business location.
7.5. Attorney’s Fees & Costs: In the event of legal action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By scheduling service, purchasing a subscription, or engaging with Trinity Automotive, LLC in any capacity, the Customer acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the terms outlined in this legally binding Agreement.

Trinity Automotive, LLC – Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a legally binding agreement between Trinity Automotive, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and any individual or entity (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) who engages in any transaction with Trinity Automotive, LLC, including but not limited to vehicle repair services, part installations, and subscription-based maintenance plans.
By scheduling a service, purchasing a subscription, or utilizing any of our offerings, you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy. All sales are final, and no returns or refunds will be issued except as explicitly stated herein.
Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion. The most current version of this Policy shall be enforceable upon publication on our website.

1. Return Policy – No Returns on Installed Parts
1.1. Final Sale on Installed Parts: Under no circumstances will Trinity Automotive, LLC accept returns of any part that has been installed on a Customer’s vehicle.
1.2. Ownership of Installed Parts: Any parts installed by Trinity Automotive, LLC remain the property of Trinity Automotive, LLC until payment for services has been made in full. In the event of non-payment, Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to repossess any installed parts without further notice or legal consequence to the Customer.
1.3. Defective Parts: If a part is found to be defective, it shall be replaced in accordance with our Warranty Policy (Section 4). However, Trinity Automotive, LLC will not issue refunds, financial compensation, or alternative remedies for defective parts.
2. Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final
2.1. No Refunds for Services Rendered: All payments made for services, labor, or parts are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Services that do not resolve an underlying mechanical issue due to pre-existing conditions or unrelated vehicle failures;
• Any repair, part installation, or maintenance work that does not meet a Customer’s subjective expectations;
• Situations where a Customer changes their mind after a service has been performed.
2.2. No Prorated or Partial Refunds on Subscription Services: Trinity Automotive, LLC does not offer prorated refunds for any unused portion of a subscription-based service plan. Customers who cancel prior to the completion of their billing cycle will not be eligible for a partial refund.
2.3. Subscription Cancellation Liquidation Fee: Customers who wish to cancel a subscription-based maintenance plan before their contract term expires shall be subject to a liquidation fee equal to $250 or 60 days of service, whichever is greater.
2.4. No Compensation for Defective Parts: If a part is found to be defective, it shall be replaced pursuant to our Warranty Policy; however, Trinity Automotive, LLC will not provide financial reimbursement for the cost of a defective part.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
3.1. Late Cancellation Fee: Customers who cancel or reschedule a service appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled time shall incur a $99.99 restocking fee, plus applicable taxes.
3.2. Non-Refundable Cancellation Fees: All cancellation fees are final and non-refundable, without exception.
3.3. No Compensation for Scheduling Conflicts: Trinity Automotive, LLC is not liable for appointment cancellations due to system errors, website downtime, overbooking, or scheduling conflicts. No compensation, service discounts, or alternative remedies shall be offered in such cases.
4. Warranty Policy
4.1. Limited Lifetime Warranty – Manufacturer Defects Only
(a) Trinity Automotive, LLC warrants all parts we install against manufacturer defects for the lifetime of the part. This warranty is strictly limited to defects in materials and workmanship.
(b) This warranty does not cover:
• Failures due to misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or external damage;
• Failures caused by installation of aftermarket parts not recommended by the manufacturer;
• Parts subject to normal wear and tear (see Section 4.3).
4.2. 1-Year Installation Warranty – Labor Only
(a) Trinity Automotive, LLC provides a 1-year installation warranty on labor for all services performed, with the exception of:
• Oil changes, brake services, and detailing services.
(b) This installation warranty covers only the securement and proper attachment of installed parts to manufacturer specifications.
(c) This warranty does not cover:
• The part itself, unless it is replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty;
• Any vehicle components not serviced by Trinity Automotive, LLC.
4.3. Exclusions for Wear & Tear Items
(a) Due to the nature of their use, the following wear-and-tear components are not covered under any warranty:
• Spark plugs, ignition coils, coil packs, cotter pins, ball joints, tie rods, control arm bushings, CV boots, brake pads, rotors, clutches, belts, hoses, gaskets, fuses, and relays.
(b) The Customer acknowledges that these components degrade as part of normal vehicle operation and agrees that replacement of such parts is not covered under any warranty claim.
4.4. No Compensation for Warranty Claims: If a part qualifies for replacement under this Warranty Policy, Trinity Automotive, LLC will replace the part, but no financial compensation, reimbursement, or alternative remedy will be provided.
5. General Provisions & Final Agreement
5.1. Modification of Policy: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the absolute right to alter, amend, or update this Policy at any time, without prior notice, at our sole discretion.
5.2. Service Refusal & Account Termination: Trinity Automotive, LLC reserves the right to:
• Refuse service to any individual or entity, at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.
• Cancel, suspend, or terminate any account, subscription, or membership at our sole discretion.
5.3. Legal Enforcement & Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed and enforced under the laws of the state in which Trinity Automotive, LLC operates.
5.4. Binding Arbitration for Disputes: Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of Trinity Automotive, LLC’s primary business location.
5.5. Attorney’s Fees & Costs: In the event of legal action to enforce this Policy, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover all reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses.
Acknowledgment & Agreement
By scheduling service, purchasing a subscription, or engaging with Trinity Automotive, LLC in any capacity, the Customer expressly acknowledges, understands, and agrees to be bound by this legally binding Policy.
